I’m old enough to remember the days before “pathways to impact” and “impact case studies”, and all of the debate that surrounded their introduction. In the years that followed I worked intensively on many successful proposals and also played a major role in developing, drafting and redrafting Impact Case Studies for REF 2014 with many rated as 4*. In later years I led a successful knowledge exchange team developing partnerships with non-academic organisations to build the platforms for future impact through sustained engagement.
What I offer
I can work with you to develop and refine any text relating to impact whether that be in the context of a case study, funding application, or prize nomination. But that is only the later part of the process – developing the relationships, identifying the partners, and understanding processes of change in different sectors is where I can add most value.
